Marine Mammal Care Center Open House

Sunday 2-16-2020 is our historic “10,000th Day”, highlighted by an open house held at our safe-haven hospital in San Pedro.

Visitors from all over Los Angeles will celebrate our mission to provide medical care, food and housing for injured seals and sea lions rescued in Santa Monica Bay, Malibu, Long Beach and the Ports.

Guests can observe feeding of recovering seals and sea lions, browse exhibits in our Visitors Center, learn from demonstrations and presentations, meet local supporters, enjoy children’s activities, purchase snazzy souvenirs in our gift shop, and much more!

This is the perfect day for family and friends to bring vital “Wish List” hospital supplies to mark our 10,000th day and kick start our next 10,000 days of helping precious marine mammals get home!
