House of Representatives’ Homeland Security Committee Field Briefing

The House of Representatives’ Homeland Security Committee will be hosting a field briefing on Monday, October 30th, 2017 at the Port of Los Angeles. Congresswoman Barragán, a member of the committee, is excited to have her colleagues from Capitol Hill join together in her district for a briefing related to American port security.
The meeting is open to the public and will take place on the second floor of the Port building and will begin promptly at 1:30 pm. The proceedings are open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment. If you wish to submit a comment or statement for possible addition to the hearing record, please submit to gabriela.medina@mail.house.gov by close of business Friday, October 28. Comments should somehow be related to the topic of the hearing in order to be considered.
