Smilin’ Jack

Phillips 66 and the 76 brand invites you to Smilin’ Jack for his 69th annual appearance at the Los Angeles Refinery. This year, Smilin’ Jack teams up with the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation (LAFD) and 76 to help fundraise to expand STEM programming to elementary and middle-schools in Los Angeles. Join our drive through Halloween event to view the themed decorations while you enjoy our yummy commercially packaged caramel corn. Visitors will need to take additional safety precautions;

A face covering must be worn.

Visitors will be required to conply to dorection from Phillips 66 personnel, local law enforcement and security staff during event.

Visitors must remain in vehicle and cannot leave vehicles at any time.

Have COVID-19 symptoms, have an elevated body temperature, are currently subject to a Health Officer Isolation or Quarantine Order
